Use at your own risk

Prophiit is not a medical service. AI coaching, body projections, and nutrition plans are guidance, not prescription. Consult a licensed clinician before starting a new training or nutrition block.

Acceptable use

No abuse, harassment, or fraud. No fake credentials. No scraping the directory. Reports go to our moderation queue; repeat violators are blocked. Trainers must be honest about qualifications.

Billing

Subscriptions process via Stripe. Failed payments enter a 7-day grace window before access is paused. Cancel any time from Settings. Refunds are at our discretion — reach out to support@entityfit.app.

Trainer and gym responsibilities

You set your own pricing and policies. We facilitate the relationship; you deliver the service. We do not insure clients on your behalf. Cancel a subscription if a client breaches your conduct rules.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We do not warrant uninterrupted service; we aim for 99.9% but stuff happens.

Changes

We will email material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
